Golden pudding |
- Egg 3 in room temperature
- Milk 1 cup
- sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsf
- Butter 2tbsf in room temperature
Procedure:
- Take 4 tbsf water and 1tbsf sugar in a pan and let the sugar melt, stir it until it turns golden color. Then pour the golden caramel in a cake former (my one was square shaped).
- Preheat the oven in 200 degree celsius.
- Beat sugar into eggs very well.
- Add vanilla essence.
- Add milk and butter, beat it well.
- Add the mixture in the cake former.
- Keep it in a water bath in a large oven proof bowl and let it bake into the oven for about 40 minutes.
- Check it with a toothpick, if it comes out clear then it is done.
- Keep the pudding in the fridge for about 4 hours and serve it cold.
