Shorshe Ilish (শর্ষে ইলিশ) |
Ingredients:
- Ilish fish 6 pieces
- Mustard paste 2 tsf
- Finely chopped onion 2 tbsf
- Turmeric powder 1 tsf
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsf
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsf
- Mustard oil 2 tbsf
- Green chili 4
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsf
Shorshe Ilish (শর্ষে ইলিশ) |
procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients well with the fish pieces and cook in a vessel in medium heat and with the lid on.
- Stir very carefully occasionally.
- Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with plain rice!
