Chomchom (চমচম)
Ingredients:

1. Milk 1kg
2. Sugar 2 cups ( you can increase according to your choice)
3. Fine semolina 1 tsf
4. Plain flour ½ tsf
5. Vinegar/ Lemon juice 2Tbls

Chomchom (চমচম)

Procedure:

1.     Put the milk until boil and add vinegar or lemon juice. Stir gently.
2.     Strain extra water and collect the curd using a cotton cloth.
3.     Add the flour and semolina with the curd and knead well.
4.     Make 14 to 16 balls, you can make like picture given, that’s the original shape actually!
5.     Add sugar in 4 cups of water and allow it to come to a boil and let all the sugar to be melted.
6.     Add the curd balls into the sugar syrup. Put the lid on and keep it onto medium high heat for about one hour. Keep adding water little by little if needed.
7.     After one hour turn the stove off and let it cool down completely. And ENJOY!
