Potato chop (আলুর চপ)

Ingredients:
1. Potato 4 pieces (large).
2. Onion 1 piece (medium) finely chopped.
3. Green chili 2 ( people who want to skip strong flavor of chili they can add chopped green bell paper 2tsf) chopped.
4. Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tsf.
5. Cumin powder 1/2 tsf.
6. Salt to taste.
7. Egg 1
8. bread crumbs ( you can just grind some Mary Gold biscuits instead of it) as required.
9. Oil to fry. ( you can deep fry it or shallow fry, as you want!)

Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes and remove the skin.
2. Smash all the potatoes and mix all the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs.
3. Make the shape you want with the smashed potatoes.
4. Dip the potato chops in the egg bath first then coat them with the bread crumbs and then fry in the oil until they turn into nice golden brown color. ( you can deep fry it or shallow fry, as you want!)
5. Serve them hot with tomato sauce!
